I got to know about UX when it was very new and at that time very few people knew about it. Even though, I have heard of UX. I never put serious thought into it until the final year of my college life. I thought UX is just a fancy word for visual designs. Man, I was wrong 😀

One of the lecturers suggested me to go to a design workshop conducted by some industry experts. This workshop made me realize that I knew very little about design back then. I was so impressed with the thought process, how much empathy and understanding goes into even for the simplest product that we use every day. This made me realise that UX is not just creating pretty stuff and it made me take design seriously. Ever since I knew this is what I wanted to do.

The next few years I spent working with companies ranging from startups to enterprise companies, creating human-centric digital experiences for thousands of users all around the world. Right now I am working in an Edtech company as a Senior UX designer.
